rest and relaxation GlamourAllowing time for a little rest and relaxation can go a long way during the week.  Sometimes we get so busy that justifying taking time for ourselves seems impossible but the funny thing is... if we allow ourselves the time to recover and rejuvenate productivity will actually increase!

Give yourself a little R & R today!

  • Sleep in

  • Snuggle up to a good book

  • Take a  botanical bath

  • Go to the spa

  • Do some hydrotherapy

  • Get a mani pedi

  • Go to a movie

  • Meditate

  • Do yoga

  • Practice muscle relaxation

  • Get intimate

  • Hang out with your pets

  • Drink a calming tea like chamomile, lemon balm, or california poppy

  • Take some deep breaths

  • Get a massage

  • Smell some essential oils like lavender or holy basil

  • Stretch

  • Write in your journal

  • Laugh

  • Find nature

  • Go for a walk and smell the roses

  • Make a kava cocktail

  • Light candles

  • Go Barefoot

  • Listen to music
