Okay, maybe it's just me. I'm still adjusting from summer's in Seattle to temperatures over 70 degrees on a regular basis.
I have been getting creative on how to cool down on a warm summer's day.
FOCUS ON COOLING HERBS
Drink water that has been infused with hibiscus and mint with a hint of elderberry syrup
EAT COLD FOODS
Make lots of salads, eat fruits & veggies, juice, make cold soups like gazpacho
SIT UNDER A SHADED TREE
Sometimes the answer to a problem is that simple, just sit in the shade. Taking a nap under the shade of the branches is also good for the soul!
