After spending thousands of dollars on creams, lotions, and expensive elixirs, I've found that applying oils directly to my skin in the morning will give me the best glow. If I'm in Greece I will use olive oil, if I'm traveling through tropical zones I'll slather on coconut oil.
What am I obsessing over now? Mandarine Oranges!!! Read More

It seems like if you don't live on the West Coast or a large city people have absolutely no idea what naturopathic doctors are or the training they have.
