Woohoo! Great job on reaching week 5!!! Let me ask you a question: How do you define health? As a naturopathic doctor, I view health as addressing the mind, body, and spirit equally while also addressing the whole. What does that mean to you?! Well, this program gives you the tools to live your passion while encompassing the power of your own thoughts and embracing the intelligence of your own body.
You may be thinking, "wait, she's a doctor why is she teaching self help stuff"? Let me ask you this: What are the main causes for the top diseases in the United States? Well, a large % of the most prevalent diseases in the U.S can be prevented by lifestyle changes. In reality: if I were to meet with a patient and told them that in order to improve their health all they had to do is exercise more, eat more fruits and vegetables, and have less stress how many of them would actually do it? I'm guessing 1 out of every 100. I designed manifest YOU to give you the tools to actually make this happen.
I view each person as very individual so I don't believe in teaching you how to eat a specific diet, perform certain exercises, or how to manage your stress will not help to Manifest YOU. You know have the tools to

Harness your own thoughts
Tune into your body
Set goals and find mentors
Remember: tiny changes will have HUGE effects over time.
Science shows that 66 days is actually the minimum amount of time to feel comfortable with a new habit. Commit to one day at a time and 2 months will go by faster than you imagined.
