What, exactly is it?
It's a teapot like device to pour saline water into your nostrils.
HOW TO USE A NETI POT
Lean over the sink or go outside
Bend your head down
Holding the pot in your right hand, gently insert the spout into your right nostril
Rotate your head so that the right nostril is directly above the left
Raise the handle of the post so that the solution enters the right nostril… do not inhale.
In a few moments, the solution will begin to drain out the left nostril into the sink.
Gentle blow your nose & repeat on the other side
*Do NOT use tap water because it is not sterile!!!
