Raspberries are delicious and have endless amounts of phytonutrients including anthocyanins and flavonoids along with fiber which supports a healthy digestive tract.  These superstar berries contain high amounts of vitamin C, vitamin K (great for bone health), along with folate, omega 3's, vitamin E and potassium.

Raspberries are pretty awesome just from the taste and antioxidants alone, but now scientists have found that a constituent called rheosmin (raspberry ketone)  that could increase our metabolism!

Research has shown that this phytonutrient could increase our enzymatic activity, increase oxygen consumption, and even heat consumption in specific types of fat cells which could translate to decreasing the risk for obesity.
