Meditation can have profound effects on the quality of your life, your happiness, and the way you view stress. The coolest part about having your own practice is that it can be anything you want it to be! You can make it into a daily practice, a weekly practice, or just use it when you start to feel stress.
I integrate meditation into my daily life in many ways from simply clearing my mind during my evening walks while focusing on my breath and the stars in the sky to visualizing before bedtime.
REMEMBER: there is no right way to meditate or no specific amount of time... just do your best.
Ideas to infuse meditation into your daily life
Go outside, lay down, and just look at the stars...
Sit in a comfortable area and focus on your breath
Eat while you're away from the computer, the TV, and your phone. Let yourself taste the food and feel thankful
Find your favorite place (garden, sofa, forest) and just soak it up
Focus on a mantra or a single word. I like "abundance in all around" or "LOVE"
